![]() HistoryIn the fall of 1989, Landmark opened its doors to 170 students in grades 7-12, in a warehouse in downtown Fayetteville. Landmark soon outgrew this facility and in 1991 purchased the current campus, the former Campbell High School, in Fairburn, GA . Since that time, Landmark’s Fairburn campus has grown to over 60 acres. In 2004, Landmark opened a second elementary campus on 18 acres in Peachtree City. Location:50 SE Broad Street, Fairburn, GA 30213 (main campus, K4-12) Campus:Landmark's K4-12th grade Fairburn campus, in the center of historic Fairburn, Georgia, is easily accessible from I-85 and is located at the corner of Highway 92 and SE Broad Street. Our K4-5th grade Peachtree City campus, in south Fayette County, is located at the corner of Robinson and Crosstown Roads. Our 60-acre Fairburn campus features 100,000 square feet of building space which includes classrooms; a media center; band and chorus facilities; science and computer labs; two gymnasiums; a black box theatre; and a cafeteria. The campus also offers two stadiums; football, baseball, soccer, and practice fields; as well as an eight-lane rubberized track. Enrollment:Landmark’s current enrollment is over 800 students. Our board members, teachers, staff, and families represent over 180 churches. This diversity creates a rich, non-denominational Christian education culture. Average Class Size:Fairburn campus -17 students Accreditation:Landmark is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) We are also members of ACSI, NACAC, SACAC, GHSA, and the College Board. Semester System:Landmark Christian School operates on a semester grading system. Middle and high school classes meet every day. |
