Elementary School

  • "On the Court" - Basketball Camp

    Week(s): July 20-24 (Session I), July 27-31 (Session II)
    Grade(s): 3rd-12th
    Session I Time: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    Session II Time: Monday-Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Thursday 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Additional Information: Students should bring a water bottle and snack.

    Camp Description:
    Campers will experience collegiate/professional level coaching from collegiate caliber players and coaches. The Clinics will be led by former WNBA & UGA pioneer Coach Lady Hardmon Grooms and new head basketball coach, Brandon Cerezola.
  • Camp Invention

    We would like to share an important update about your Camp Invention® program. In response to the many challenges and disruptions we are all experiencing due to COVID-19, our team has been hard at work developing an alternative solution to ensure our campers don’t miss out on the fun, hands-on experience we’ve all grown to love at Camp Invention. We want children to be excited about this summer — so we are sending your child everything they will need to keep the open-ended, creative exploration going at home!

The Knight School has an amazing, kid-oriented, party-based national curriculum and array of activities that kids find absolutely compelling and intoxicating. We provide all chess sets, clocks, prizes, lessons, everything! Campers get the cool green Knight School shirt as well as some primo one-on-one time with our great chess coach!     Camp Description:
    A one-week health course is designed to develop awareness of the need for good health through the following topics: personal health and fitness, emotional and mental health, family life education, alcohol and drug awareness, first aid, etc. In addition, the course will also fulfill graduation requirements (.25 course credit).

General Information

Things to know. . .

  • Students should bring their own water bottle and snacks for all camps.
  • Week-long sports camps will receive a shirt.
  • The deadline to register for a camp is the Monday of the proceeding week.
  • Non-athletic camps need at least 10 registered participants and athletic camps need at least 20 registered participants for the camp to be offered.
  • All camp participants must submit an online waiver.
  • All camps are open to the general public.
  • If a student signs up for a discounted bundle camp, the school will provide lunch and supervision in the cafeteria from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.Younger students will be escorted to lunch and then to their afternoon camp. Note: If your child has special food allergies/intolerance, you may want to send a sack lunch instead.
  • If you register for "On the Court" Basketball Camp, Connect Sports Camp, Futsal Camp, or Camp Invention, please check their website or contact the camp leader for fees, lunches, and what students need to bring. These camps do not come with an LCS camp t-shirt.
