Your Giving Matters

When Landmark Christian School is a priority in your charitable giving, great things happen for our students. IMAGINE - deeper exploration of God’s truth in chapel, the classroom, lab and studio; more opportunities in which to discover and practice God-given talents, and; time and space in which to build community. Further, your financial support helps the school build innovative learning spaces, outstanding athletic and arts facilities, and inspires bolder planning.

Your tax-deductible donations will be directed to the area of your interest and Landmark will provide a targeted list of funding priorities each year. Typically these priorities focus on immediate annual investments in tools, technology, innovative new programs, new or renovated facilities, or long-term investments in endowment.

We are careful to further explain these three areas of emphasis - annual, capital, and endowment - in the remaining links under the “giving” drop-down menu, and you can have impact in all three areas when you participate in the comprehensive capital campaign launched on March 25, 2019 -- IT’S TIME.

  • Capital Campaign

On March 25, 2019, Landmark Christian School launched a bold capital campaign, IT’S TIME. The highest goal for this endeavor is to prepare every student to impact the world for Jesus Christ. We want to build up and equip this next generation of student leaders.

Without exception, a donor’s gift to IT’S TIME will enableLandmark to attract and retain world-class teachers, innovate new academic programs, and create state-of-the-art K4-12 learning spaces on its 70+ acre Fairburn campus. It is here, and at our Peachtree City campus, that we will significantly expand student opportunities, and develop their God-given passions and talents. With your help, Landmark will transform its campus for this next generation of students.

IT’S TIME is comprehensive in that we ask for everyone to support The Landmark Fund each year, and to consider a special gift “over and above” for these significant capital projects. The capital portion of the campaign will progress through three successive phases -- each one with a list of building priorities and independent fundraising goals. Phases I and II will focus on our K4-12 learning centers, and require $10 million per phase in private gifts. Phase III will invest heavily in fine arts and athletics, costing $25 million. Your capital gifts will build the buildings, and your gifts to The Landmark Fund will fill those spaces with tools, technology, and equipment. There is a significant benefit for our students.

  • Landmark Fund

The Landmark Fund (LF) – We ask that every family give to this important annual appeal. Every gift -- of any size – will have impact! Each August Landmark will offer a new list of specific projects that will significantly enhance student experience. Donors can give to any of those projects at any time during the school year, or designate their funds toward a personal priority.

  • Endowment

Endowment – Though most donors prefer to see their gifts have immediate impact, others are comfortable helping the school create permanent assets, invested and generating perpetual income for a particular project or program. Some donors may want to contribute to our campaign using larger assets, estate planning, and or a bequest, etc. preferring that they are invested for a lasting legacy. Please contact the Office of Advancement at 770.692.6758 to discuss this priority.
