Landmark students are often found being involved with doing service projects, but not many get credit on their College Board transcript. This year the AP Computer Science class took part in the inaugural AP with We Program. Juniors Cliff Long, Jarrett Mohs, and Jacob Wettstein used their skills they have learned in class to design a website that helps spread information about Heart Disease. The website contains pages with information about Heart Disease, a way to locate doctors near them, and a version of the game 'Hangman'. You can see their work at the LCS Computer Science page at LandmarkComputerScience.com.

In recognition of their project, each student will have their College Board transcript noted that their AP Computer Science course included service learning. In its first year, the program included about 3,000 students from approximately 600 schools around the country.
