Evan Murunga, Nerf Next Level Player, Class of 2028

Evan Murunga, a 6th-grade student at Landmark Christian, plays flag football for the Andrew Young YMCA Westside Falcons. He and his team recently won the 12U Recreation Division and will advance to play at the national tournament in Las Vegas, during the 2022 NFL Pro Bowl, in February. In addition to his team winning, Evan was named Nerf Next Level Player for the division which is the equivalent to MVP! He and his team will be the only youth flag team from Atlanta, who are sponsored by the Falcons Foundation.
As part of being named Nerf Next Level Player, Evan received a huge prize box with the latest Nerf gear, to continue his winning streak at home with family and friends.
