• Program Overview

  Landmark's nationally recognized Impact Leadership Training program is designed to challenge and equip students to lead. Each grade level offers unique seminar modules, including key skills such as time management, strength analysis, goal setting, principles of execution, and conflict resolution. Students then take these skills into the real world as they organize and lead service projects, experience outdoor adventures, engage with local business leaders, and have opportunities to learn through international travel. Upon graduation students already have real-world experience and a robust network of mentors.

  Impact Leadership Training at Landmark Christian School is specially designed to help students develop the character and skills necessary to impact the world for Christ. 

  • Leadership Character Training: Students build the habits and attitudes that are essential for effective leadership.
  • Leadership Skills Training: Students develop crucial skills necessary to succeed as a leader, including time management, conflict resolution, and communication.
  • Masterclass Instruction: Students have numerous opportunities to attend masterclass sessions with some of the top business professionals in the area.
  • Mentorship: Landmark has excellent relationships with successful business leaders. We're excited to provide students with this network and the mentorship that comes with it.
  • Real-World Leadership Experience: Upon leaving Landmark, students will have a wealth of real-world experience to pull from as they enter college or the workforce.

• Leadership Practicum

  This more advanced capstone course guides students as they develop their own service or business project.

• Service Leadership

  Christ calls us to be servant leaders. Impact Leadership Training students will get ample opportunity not only to participate in service projects within our local community, but to design and lead those projects as well.

• Adventure Programming

  Put your new leadership skills to the test with teambulding adventures including kayaking, rafting, hiking, climbing, and spelunking. 

• International Study

  Explore the world with Landmark through Impact Leadership Training! We love taking students on trips outside the U.S. to broaden their horizons, and ILT students will have the opportunity to study abroad in London and Oxford, as well as taking domestic trips to Orlando and Washington D.C.
